Applied for a job in Amersham with this lot, So unbelievably rude and unprofessional. As soon as the woman saw me on camera she said there was no interview. I will never eat there again. Ageist bloody lot. She made some excuse about the others not being there well w*f not. BS, I didnt fit what they wanted so goodbye.

Best pizza in town!

My family and I have just had dinner at the Maidstone restaurant. The food was lovely and the service was excellent however… when I received the bill I noticed I had been charged £2 for asking for extra chilli on my pasta dish??? I think this is absolutely disgraceful are you going to start charging for the use of salt and pepper as well???

Adults drinks and food orders took, mostly, far too long to arrive. Mine took an hour, vegan’s pizza longer. Orders were ‘lost in the kitchen’ and ‘vegan pizza’ whisked away before a bite of what was actually real cheese! That said, the kids had a hoot!

Service very poor. On arrival waitress did not allocate our table properly. During our meal did not ask if everything is OK, or would we like any more drinks. Table was half cleared, when we asked for the bill.

Not too bad. We were greeted nicely before being told they didn't have what we wanted. I was shocked when 40 minutes later, there was a tiny pizza. Admittedly, we HAD to order the small ones. The pizza itself didn't taste too bad. Average and Unlucky. Also, the drinks took 15 minutes.

Starters were very nice although the prawns were tiny. I had the lasagne for main but it was pasta sheets, bechamel sauce and tomato sauce. With three tiny bits of beef inside! I had a dolcetti dessert but the cake was so dry and icy cold it could have been in the fridge for 2 weeks. I was disappointed.

Very disappointed about of the meals. Ordered a Zucchini and Ricotta Romana pizza and when it came it was not as described I.e. alternate ingredients used and tomatoes very sparingly used. When staff were questioned, their response was very flippant regarding suppliers not delivering correct ingredients. This should have been made clear.when ordering. No allowance was made in bill. To add to things, service was very slow and we had to ask more than once for menus to be given

Amazing food, and our waitress Laura in the intu derby centre really made our experience, she was so lovely and helpful with the menu and little one, 100% coming again because of her.

Went to Pizza Express Rayleigh at 7pm on Wednesday 29 June. It was busy. Once we had ordered our food we were chatting and didn't realise the time until we saw the table next to us who had arrived 20 minutes after us get their food first. When we spoke to our waitress, although lovely she said yes I was thinking the same thing. Shame she hadn't done something about it. She then checked and said it would be 6/7 minutes. 10 minutes later, so obviously cooking it from scratch, we got our food. I ordered, as I always do, a leggera, the one with a hole. Well I think whole was very much pushing it. It was so large there was pretty much just crust on one side. I'd had another a couple of weeks earlier and noticed how much larger the hole is getting, so half a pizza for the same price as a full one, or as in the case of last night, quarter of a pizza. Had waited so long for food, not really hungry anymore and could not be bothered to mention it. Have to say, won't be rushing back.

Manager Teresa in Gunwharf, Portsmouth was absolutely amazing. Accommodating our large group. Went beyond to make today so special for my mother in laws 70th birthday. An amazing experience. Teresa was so friendly and polite. Fab team! Thank you so much

Love the food the price is a bit steep for what it is but great food and customer experience

Ordered a collection of 4 Pizzas and a salad from Eastbourne. Collection should be exactly the same as in the restaurant? - if the pizza is like this in the actual restaurant then i am really quite shocked. We fed our Sicilian friend who has lived here for 5 years, their disappointment overtook his politeness and said it was the blandest pizza he has had so far. OK, we are not in Naples or Rome and were not expecting a high quality Gourmet pizza but we were at least expecting an adequate + to good pizza experience. Should have for the size and price of it - In a nutshell highly disappointed and felt conned.

What has happened to the great pizza express. Visited today whilst in Sheffield and was so disappointed, the pizzas tasted very bland with very very little toppings and the mixed salad forget about ordering, absolutely the smallest salad I have ever eaten.
I dine in many restaurants independent and chain and was so shocked today and saddened to see another once great leaving out high streets very soon.
